BMW Construction and Development, Inc was established with the concept of providing multifamily owners and development companies with a one-stop construction firm capable of providing in-house subcontracting of various construction trades to supervision, in order to minimize the rising cost of subcontracting, poor scheduling, and subsequent overage of cost.

In addition to affiliates, BMW provides construction management services to assist in up-front design and engineering, along with the ability to assist civil engineers in the approval process of site work.
BMW’s philosophy is to bring back integrity and honesty to the construction industry, providing owners with fair pricing and quick responses to their concerns.

BMW strives to establish upfront communications for a well organized and managed project, meeting with building departments and local authorities to address their concerns along with providing options to the client in establishing means of expediting the approval process of their projects.

BMW is experienced, with over 130 years of construction knowledge with trained supervisors, in expediting construction schedules. We believe in punching out work at the beginning of a project versus the last month prior to completion. We will establish a quality that is acceptable for the owner, and maintain it during construction.
